Desired? – absolutely not; Surprised? – most likely; Delighted? – positively. Those were the phrases and emotions expressed about the great party thrown for Barbara Reed upon her retirement after 35 years working at MODC. Past and current members of the organization and Board of Directors came out to wish Barb well as she enters the next phase of her life. Although she begged the staff not to have a party, we’re relatively sure she enjoyed the evening mixing with MODC friends from yesterday and today.
