MODC’s Cultural & Tourism Committee welcomed Steven Gorelick, Executive Director of the NJ Motion Picture and TV Commission, along with his Associate Director, David Schoner,  to the April Membership Luncheon to highlight the various ways in which business and government entities can become involved with the movie and TV industries. New Jersey has been know for it’s attraction to movie producers, and the presence of a film or TV production brings a positive impact to the communities they work in. With the coming of Netflix to the Fort Monmouth properties, there is a hightened interest in being part of the workforce and economic development that will come along with their arrival.
